Enzymes
Enzyme structures from the RCSB Protein Data Bank. Every entry keeps its EC number, organism, method, resolution and the bound ligand that defines its active site, and every card links straight to the entry so you can check it.

A score on any of these structures is a binding estimate. It says the substrate fits the active site. Binding is not catalysis, so it does not tell you the enzyme turns the substrate over, or how fast. The receptor is rigid and waters are dropped. Docs explains what that costs.
