Best proven binders by enzyme, by industry and by substrate. Every row is a docking test the chain scored, with a link to its report page.

What these numbers mean
  1. A score is a binding estimate. It says the substrate fits the active site.
  2. Binding is not catalysis. It does not tell you the enzyme turns the substrate over, or how fast.
  3. A challenge's temperature and pH are the sponsor's requirement, not an input to the score.
