Compiled from chain data. Every row links to the test it came from. For each of the twelve industries it lists the best enzyme and substrate pairs by estimated binding free energy, with the number of docking tests and the number of distinct wallets behind them.
What these numbers mean
- A score is a binding estimate. It says the substrate fits the active site.
- Binding is not catalysis. It does not tell you the enzyme turns the substrate over, or how fast.
- A challenge's temperature and pH are the sponsor's requirement, not an input to the score.
